The Voice《决战好声》:简讯投票服务

主持人将在准决赛和总决赛中,宣布投票时间。每一条成功发送的简讯,相等于一张有效投票。

准决赛:每一个组内获得最高票数的学员,将直接晋级总决赛。主持人将在节目中,宣布投票时间。

总决赛:两名获得最高票数的学员,将有资格展开冠军角逐。届时,票数将重新归零后再次启动,两位学员中,获得最高票数的学员,将成为本年度The Voice《决战好声》的冠军。主持人将在节目中,宣布冠军得主。

前提

  1. 针对上述条款及规则,“mm2”即mm2 Entertainment Pte Ltd,位于Blk 1002 Jalan Bukit Merah, #07-11, Singapore 159456。mm2是The Voice《决战好声》简讯投票服务的发起方,详情如下。
  2. mm2将委派“投票服务提供商”,或服务提供商的分包商Macro Kiosk,即Macro Kiosk Berhad 236716-T,为The Voice《决战好声》简讯投票服务提供商。Macro Kiosk位于The Troika, Tower B Level 3, 19 Persiaran KLCC, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia。“电信公司”即新加坡和马来西亚的电信公司,包括新加坡的 Singtel、M1、StarHub、马来西亚的 Celcom、Maxis、Digi、以及U Mobile。
  3. “投票者”即电信公司的客户和用户。使用此项服务的所有投票者,被视为已经接受上述条款。上述条款可能随时更改或者补充。

The Voice《决战好声》简讯投票

  1. 投票者可以通过手机,输入学员编号,发送简讯至33310(马来西亚)或者146073300 (新加坡)进行投票。
  2. 只有在主持人宣布,以及屏幕上出现的规定时间内,才能进行投票。
    1. 任何在规定时间以外的投票,均不被接受,同时也不会被算在比赛结果中。
    2. 准决赛和总决赛的投票时间,将有所不同。
  3. 新加坡电信公司Singtel、M1、StarHub的用户所发送的每条投票简讯将收取新币$0.50加7%的消费税。投票所需的费用将依据所属电信公司而变化,任何有关简讯投票收费出现的问题,mm2和Macro Kiosk均不承担任何责任。
  4. 马来西亚电信公司Celcom、Maxis、Digi、以及U Mobile的用户所发送的每条投票简讯将收取马币$0.50令吉加6%消费税。投票所需的费用将依据所属电信公司而变化,任何有关简讯投票收费出现的问题,mm2和Macro Kiosk均不承担任何责任。
  5. 投票者可以无上限投票。
  6. 只有确认发送,并且收到回复简讯的投票,才会收取费用。
  7. 由于网络容量管理等特殊情况,在规定时间内投出的选票,可能会在规定时间外收到,这种情况不在mm2和Macro Kiosk控制范围内。任何在规定时间外收到的选票,均不会被收费,同时也不会被算在The Voice《决战好声》的最终结果。
  8. Macro Kiosk严格遵守Operator Customer Care Policy。投票者提出任何索赔前,需要提供相关证明。
  9. 投票者需要注意,mm2和Macro Kiosk不会对任何在规定时间内,发送的简讯进行退款。
    1. 对于投票者的任何损失,mm2和Macro Kiosk将不承担任何责任。
  10. 手机漫游使用者, 无法进行决战好声简讯投票。

通用条款

  1. 所有电信公司Singtel、M1、StarHub、Celcom、Maxis、Digi、以及U Mobile的用户都可以使用此项投票服务。使用者请遵守以下条款及规定。
  2. 使用此简讯投票服务的后付费手机用户,所有费用将在月底账单中结算;使用此简讯投票服务的预付费手机用户,所有费用将在投票时收取。
  3. 如果投票者未成年(根据规定,新加坡未满21岁,马来西亚未满18岁),投票者必须征求家长或者监护人的同意。如未成年者未经过其家长或监护人的同意而投票,mm2和Macro Kiosk均不承担任何责任。
  4. 在合理范围内,mm2和Macro Kiosk将尽一切可能确保投票服务及时顺畅,并采取一切方法解决出现的问题。 但对于简讯发送延迟,简讯无法发送等问题,mm2和Macro Kiosk将不承担任何责任。
  5. 针对简讯发送延迟,失败或者电信公司限制使用服务等问题,mm2和Macro Kiosk将不会承担任何责任。
  6. 投票者同意mm2和/或者Macro Kiosk有权使用投票者提供的个人信息,用于简讯投票监控目的,以及mm2和/或者Macro Kiosk未来的任何促销/活动。
    1. mm2和/或者Macro Kiosk有权在监管或政府机构的监察下披露有关投票者的信息。
  7. mm2和Macro Kiosk保留随时修改以及/或者补充相关条款的权利。所有使用此项服务的投票者,将被视为接受这些改正 。所有投票相关条款及规则,将发布在The Voice《决战好声》的官方网站www.thevoicesgmy.com/。mm2和Macro Kiosk保留在任何时间,以任何理由取消,更改或者取代此服务的权利。
  8. 如果mm2或者Macro Kiosk发现有违反以上条款及规定的使用者,将有权在未提前通知的情况下,立即撤回或禁止投票者使用所有投票相关服务。
  9. 任何有关投票服务的条款及规定,最终将由mm2和/或者Macro Kiosk作出决定。mm2和/或者Macro Kiosk不接受任何提问。
  10. 以上条款及规则受新加坡和马来西亚法律的管辖,并且新加坡和马来西亚法院具有专属管辖权。

The Voice 决战好声: SMS Voting Service.

One (1) SMS equals one (1) vote. Hosts will announce voting periods within each episode.

For Semi-finals: one (1) talent with the highest votes from each team will progress automatically to the Grand Finals. Hosts will announce voting period within the episode.

For Grand Finals: two (2) talents with the highest votes will qualify for the final showdown. After which, the scores will be reset and the talent with the highest vote will be the winner of The Voice 决战好声 and announced within the programme.

PREMISE

  1. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, "mm2" means mm2 entertainment Pte Ltd of Blk 1002 Jalan Bukit Merah, #07-11, Singapore 159456. mm2 is the promoter of The Voice 决战好声 SMS Voting Service as detailed below.
  2. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the “Vote Service Provider” shall be the service provider appointed by mm2, or the service provider’s sub-contractors, as the case may be and is represented by “Macro Kiosk” referring to Macro Kiosk Berhad 236716-T, of The Troika, Tower B Level 3, 19 Persiaran KLCC, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. “Operator” refers to the mobile operators in Singapore and Malaysia, i.e. Singtel, M1, StarHub, Celcom, Maxis, Digi and U Mobile.
  3. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions "Voter” refers to the customer and user of the services referred to herein (“Services”). By using the Services, the Voter is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (as may be amended or supplemented from time to time).
  4. Persons in the lists of officially ‘blacklisted’ subscribers, submitted by the Operators to the Vote Service Provider, are unable to participate in The Voice决战好声 Voting.

The Voice SG/MY SMS Voting

  1. The Voter may cast a vote from his/her mobile phone by SMSing [the talent's appointed code], which will be displayed on screen when the voting starts, to 33310 (for Malaysia) or 146073300 (for Singapore).
  2. The Voter is to note that SMS votes can only be cast within stipulated time periods during the show as announced by the host and on screen.
    1. Any SMS vote received before or after the specified voting time will not be accepted and will not be counted towards the final result for any episode.
    2. Please note that voting periods may vary for each episode.
  3. Singtel, M1 and StarHub network users will be charged S$ 0.50 plus 7% GST per SMS. Some network users may also be charged a standard rate per outgoing SMS or additional charges — therefore the total cost of voting may vary and is dependent on the Voter’s network. mm2 and Macro Kiosk shall not be held liable for any issues the Voter may have in relation to SMS charges.
  4. Celcom, Maxis, Digi and U Mobile network users will be charged RM$ 0.50 plus 6% GST per SMS. Some network users may also be charged a standard rate per outgoing SMS or additional charges —therefore the total cost of voting is dependent on the Voter’s network. mm2 and Macro Kiosk shall not be held liable for any issues the Voter may have in relation to SMS charges.
  5. There is no limit as to the number of votes a voter can cast.
  6. Only SMSes sent and acknowledged, with a return message, will be chargeable.
  7. In certain circumstances due to volume and Operator network capacity management, SMS votes sent during the voting period may not be received within the voting period, this is beyond the control of mm2 and Macro Kiosk. Such SMS votes will not be charged and will not be counted towards the final result for The Voice决战好声.
  8. Macro Kiosk adheres strictly to Operator Customer Care Policy on repudiation and reconciliation for their subscribers’ activities; any claims for fraud, misuse or technical error must be categorically proven before charges can be disputed.
  9. For the avoidance of doubt, the Voter will not be entitled to any refund for any sent SMS and Operator network capacity management and other circumstances beyond the control of mm2 and Macro Kiosk.
    1. mm2 and Macro Kiosk shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Voter under such circumstances.
  10. The Voice 决战好声 SMS voting service cannot be used with mobile Operators’ roaming service.

General Terms

  1. The Services are available to all subscribers of StarHub, M1, Singtel, Celcom, Maxis, Digi and U Mobile — subject to the standard terms and conditions set out herein.
  2. For postpaid users, charges for all the Services will be added to the Voter’s monthly mobile phone bill. Prepaid users will be charged upon voting.
  3. If the Voter is a minor (i.e. below 21 and 18 years old, for Singapore and Malaysia respectively), the Voter MUST obtain permission from the Voter’s parent/guardian before purchasing any of the Services. In the event the Services are purchased by a minor without the consent of the minor’s parent/guardian, mm2 and Macro Kiosk shall not be held liable for any such purchase, or any direct or indirect consequences arising from it.
  4. Services herein mentioned are available to Singtel, M1, StarHub, Celcom, Maxis, Digi and U Mobile customers.
  5. The Voter acknowledges and agrees that the Services may, from time to time, may be adversely affected by events outside of mm2's and the Macro Kiosk’s control. mm2 and Macro Kiosk will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure the uninterrupted and timely supply of the Services and will take all reasonable steps to correct any error, omission or mistake. Notwithstanding this, mm2 and Macro Kiosk shall not be held liable for any error in, or delay in, or failure in transmission of the Services howsoever caused (whether through the negligence of mm2 and/or Macro Kiosk). mm2 and Macro Kiosk shall also not be held liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred by the Voter directly or indirectly in connection with the Voter’s use of the Services.
  6. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, mm2 and Macro Kiosk will not be liable to the Voter in any way for failures or delays in the delivery or provision of the Services which are caused by any restrictions imposed by Operators on the Voter’s use of premium services.
  7. The Voter expressly agrees that the Voter’s personal data supplied when making an order for the Service may be used by mm2 or Macro Kiosk, and/or disclosed to any third party, for the purposes of monitoring the use of the Services, and for any future promotions/campaigns of mm2 and/or Macro Kiosk (whether in connection with “The Voice 决战好声” or otherwise).
    1. mm2 & Macro Kiosk reserves the right to disclose information about the Voter to applicable regulatory or government bodies where mm2 is required by law to disclose this information.
  8. From time to time mm2 & Macro Kiosk may be required to amend and/or supplement these terms and conditions and reserves such right. By continuing to use the Services the Voter will be deemed to have accepted the amended and/or supplemented terms and conditions, which will be posted on www.thevoicesgmy.com/. mm2 & Macro Kiosk reserve the right, without any liability on their part whatsoever, to cancel, modify or supersede any of the Services at any time for any reason whatsoever.
  9. If mm2 or Macro Kiosk believes that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions they reserve the right to immediately and without notice withdraw or bar the Voter from using any or all of the Services.
  10. Any decision made by mm2 and/or Macro Kiosk in relation to the use of the Services and these terms and conditions shall be final and no correspondence or enquiries will be entertained.
  11. These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore and Malaysia law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore and Malaysia courts.
